and Storage.
EPRI’s assessment of the current state of
development of technologies for capturing CO2
from coal power plants, and the additional RD&D
needed for demonstrating commercial-scale capture
and storage of CO2, were the topics when
Program Manager Jeff Phillips testified on behalf
of EPRI before the Senate Energy Committee on Aug.
1 in Washington, DC and at a field hearing of the
Senate Appropriations Water and Energy Subcommittee
