Third Party and Open Source Software

All third party tools must be licensed to EPRI, have a "Non-Restrictive License" (BSD 3-Clause License), and be maintained and supported by their developer/owner.

As a general rule, EPRI does not permit incorporation of any software licensed under a "Restrictive License".

The EPRI Project Manager must have agreement from EPRI Legal to utilize Open Source software.
