New Preproduction Software Distribution Process
A new Preproduction Software Distribution Process started on July 1, 2008. All preproduction software (e.g., Alpha, Beta, Prescreen, Prototype) are now distributed through the EPRI Apollo System, not by the EPRI Project Manager or software developer. The new process introduces two new items to the Software Deliverable Requirements Form (SDRF). In addition, a preproduction splash screen is required for all preproduction software.

December 31, 2009 Software Deliverables Due Date Reminder
For software due on December 31, 2009, all software must be submitted to the Software Engineering Team (SET) no later than Monday, November 3. Deliver the complete Final Acceptance Submittal Package to Room A2001 by 5:00 PM (PT):
- Software Acceptance Form (SAF) (SET will only accept the current revision -- currently dated 07/01/08)
- "Certificate of Conformance" (required of all developers (including internal developers))
- Application CD-ROM
- Source Code CD-ROM
- Source Code Transmittal Letter

SET continues spearheading the web application security remediation efforts for all web based applications.
The new version of the EPRI Web Application Standards and Guidelines is now available. This new version contains:
- A Application-Level Inspection Form sample
- A System Characterization Form sample
All web applications must conform to these standards.
