Steering Committee Members Sought for Third Thermal Ecology and Regulation Workshop
EPRI is seeking members interested in participating on a steering committee to organize the third Thermal Ecology Workshop, to be held in the Minnesota Twin Cities area sometime in 2011.  Participants will help plan the agenda, determine which organizations and individuals should be invited to speak, and determine what topics to cover.  Cohosted by Great River Energy, the two-day workshop will provide a forum for information exchange regarding new regulatory issues, case studies, current knowledge on thermal physiology and effects, implications of climate variability on the Section 316(a) program, and research needs.  It is expected that 25–30 presentations will be made during six to eight sessions.  For more information, contact Robert Goldstein, (650) 855-2154, rogoldst@epri.com.
